We’re all urban people. Which is good because - not because “urban” is so amazingly great - but because it actually makes my job a lot easier because of what I’m going to talk about. I’m not exactly sure what you guys are expecting from this class. It’s never the same class twice. It’s not even going to be the same class I taught an hour ago. I can give you a basic idea, and I’m going to do that. But I thought I’d introduce a few things first. Once upon a time, this class was designed with the assumption that students would learn this stuff and then they would go out into the global world and then from there they would learn how to communicate at business meetings in Japan.
